  • Check in for about an hour on Sunday afternoons. Beat the “Sunday scaries” by touching base with your community and amking a little time for yourself in the midst of a hectic weekend.

  • Join us to bust through your to-do list with focused bursts of work, followed by stretches and a quick check in. Join from your office, your home, or wherever you are getting things done.

  • MOMS DESERVE FUN TOO!!!
    Twice a month we’ll get together with only one rule - you have to be doing something you enjoy. Coloring, knitting, baking, watercolor, book nooks, DIY projects, puzzles, you can even join in from your garden. Or just come sit and chat.

  • On Wednesday evenings, take 45 minutes to get yourself ready for rest (and the rest of the week). The wind down includes journaling, anti-anxiety exercises, and a guided meditation to help you get the deep rest moms need.

  • This library is designed to fill your cup and encourage you to drink deeply. There are guided meditations, an exercise routine created specifically for stress busting, anti-anxiety tools, recordings of our wind downs, and more is being added each month.

  • Each month we offer a workshop designed to help you make changes in your life immediately. Recent topics include Co-Regulating Emotions With Kids, Making Friends With Fear, Finding Your Voice.

  • Our moms have been asking for it and it’s coming soon! We are creating an entire series on Perimenopause and Motherhood. This will include workshops, conversations, and resources.

  • Get ready for the holidays - practically and emotionally - with our Holiday Challenge each fall. Get organized, set boundaries, and make plans that will ensure you have a happy holiday season.

    Every summer we run the Summer of Mom Online Camp - daily affirmations, weekly activities, and a “campfire” each month instead of a workshop.

  • The pricing is Pay What You Will which means that you choose how much you pay at checkout. We have a minimum of $5 per month.

  • That’s entirely up to you! We offer 2-3 hours of programming per week and you can pick and choose what will feel most supportive to you and when.

  • The short answer is moms. The longer answer is that the community is run by a Black woman who is anti-capitalist, proudly leftist, pro-science, and deeply inclusive. There are also a LOT of puns.
