The Hormone Collision
For many moms the signs and symptoms of perimenopause hit them while their kids are navigating the massive hormonal changes of puberty. This can deeply strain the relationship at a time when you truly need each other.
IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY
The hormonal sucker punch of perimenopause can actually help you to understand your tween/teen more and being open and honest during this time can strengthen your relationship immensely.
This course is designed not only to help you understand what you’re going through and how to navigate it, but also how to talk to your family about it.
Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Graeme, and I’m the founder of Whole Human Mama. I’ve been working with moms for well over a decade — supporting their mental health, navigating the mental load, recovering from burnout, or preventing it altogether.
At the request of my community, I researched perimenopause to create this course and the bonus materials. I read books and articles, academic studies, listened to podcasts, watched videos, and interviewed hormonal specialists, PCPs, and therapists — all to bring you the most up to date and factually correct information about perimenopause that I possibly could.
I have no supplements or programs to sell you, no hidden agenda, I’m offering this course to the public in the hope that it helps dispel misinformation and makes your life easier.
